Manage your team’s loadout by selecting the best weapons for the job. Earn money by getting kills and winning the round.
Economy management is a critical component of your success in TAC. You must decide what weapons your squad members should purchase for each round. In some circumstances, you may want to purchase SMGs and rush onto a bomb site. In others, you may want to purchase rifles and take a slower, more tactical approach.
Money is earned by eliminating enemies or winning the round. You will still accrue some money off a loss, but not as much. Sometimes it may be in your best interest to forgo purchasing any weapons to save up and purchase stronger weapons in the next round. If you lose a few rounds in a row, you will eventually reach the Max Loss Bonus, and you should be able to afford enough to try and fight your way back into the match.
Money will reset at halftime- make sure to use up the cash you have in the last round of a half.
If you can afford it, you should almost always buy Armor and a Helmet! These items are available under the “GEAR” section.
On the Defender side, there is also a Defuse Kit available. Defusing a bomb with a Kit will only take 5 seconds as opposed to the full 10.
Don’t forget about Grenades!
